Every Webex call, logged in JammJar. Automatically.
JammJar for Webex Calling connects your Webex phone system to JammJar, the AI-native CRM for UK mortgage brokers. Advisors keep making and taking calls in Webex exactly as they do today — JammJar quietly captures the rest.
Set up by the JammJar onboarding team. Nothing to install for advisors.
Your advisors are on the phone all day. Half of it never makes the file. JammJar for Webex Calling fixes that without changing a thing about how they call.
No dialler to learn, no copying call notes across, no chasing who spoke to whom. The Webex app stays exactly where it is; the record-keeping moves to JammJar.
Calls land on the right customer. Every time.
JammJar reads the call record from Webex, matches the number to the customer, and files it on their timeline alongside documents, fact-finds and notes.
Automatic call logging
Every inbound and outbound Webex call is logged against the right customer record with direction, duration and the advisor who handled it.
A complete audit trail
Call history sits in one timeline per customer — for advisors, for compliance, and for whoever picks the case up next.
Nothing changes for advisors
Calls are still made and taken in the Webex app on desktop and mobile. There is nothing to install and no new tool to open.
Live in under an hour, with our team on the call.
The JammJar onboarding team sets the integration up with you. The only thing we need from your side is a Control Hub administrator to authorise the app.
Add Webex Calling to your JammJar workspace
Book a demo or ask your JammJar account manager to enable the Webex Calling integration.
Authorise the JammJar Service App in Control Hub
A Webex Control Hub Full Administrator authorises the JammJar Service App under Apps → Service Apps. This grants JammJar read access to your users and call records.
We connect your Webex organisation and sync users
The JammJar team links your Webex organisation to your JammJar workspace and imports your Webex Calling users.
Match advisors and go live
Each Webex user is matched to their JammJar advisor profile. From that moment every call is logged against the right customer automatically.
JammJar never places, records or alters calls, and never changes your Webex configuration. Access can be revoked from Control Hub at any time.
What you need in place
Three things, and we'll check all of them with you before connecting.
- JammJarA JammJar workspace on an active subscription, with the Webex Calling integration enabled by the JammJar team.
- WebexA Webex organisation with Webex Calling licences for the advisors whose calls should be captured.
- AdministratorA Webex Control Hub Full Administrator to authorise the JammJar Service App. Advisors do not need admin rights.
No integration charges
You keep paying Webex for Webex Calling exactly as you do today. JammJar doesn't charge anything extra to connect it — the calls simply appear in JammJar. JammJar itself is a subscription CRM, priced by quote for the size of your brokerage.
The things IT and compliance ask first.
Does JammJar record calls?
No. The integration reads call records — who called whom, when, and for how long — so calls can be logged against the right customer. It does not access call audio, place calls or change your Webex configuration.
What Webex permissions does JammJar need?
The JammJar Service App requests read access to your organisation's users and Webex Calling call records. A Control Hub Full Administrator can review the exact scopes before authorising and can revoke access at any time from Control Hub.
Do advisors need to install anything?
No. Advisors keep using the Webex app on desktop and mobile exactly as they do now.
What if a caller isn't in JammJar yet?
The call is still captured. It sits in an unmatched queue where an advisor can attach it to an existing customer or create a new one in a click.
Can I disconnect the integration?
Yes. Revoke the JammJar Service App in Control Hub or ask the JammJar team to disconnect it. Call logging stops immediately and your existing call history stays in JammJar.
Where can I get help?
Email support@jammjar.com and the team will pick it up.
See it running on your own Webex calls.
Thirty minutes with the JammJar team. Bring a Control Hub admin and we can have a test call logged before the demo ends.
